James Estill died along with three other young men in an automobile accident.

Surviving are the parents, Mr. and Mrs. James Estill; one son, Todd Alan; one brother, Edward Eugene; two sisters, Carol Joyce and Mrs. Georgia Courtney; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. W.C. Estill, all of Springfield; and Mrs. Meta Edwards of Petersburg.

Funeral services were held at the Stolleis Funeral Home.

Burial was in Roselawn Cemetery.
