Ronald L. Overby Sr., 50, of Springfield died at 3:46 a.m. Monday March 29, 1993 at St. John's Hospital.

He was born Jan. 27, 1943, in White hall, the son of Hubert and Charlotte Newman Overby.

Mr. Overby was employed by Alton Box Board in Alton for several years. Prior to his death he was employed by Maintenance Supply Co.

Surviving are two sons, Ronald L. Jr. of Springfield and Christopher T.
