Springfield - Wanda R. Tolly, 63, of Springfield died Thurdsay, May 25, 2006 at her home.

She was born Jan. 16, 1943, in Virden the daughter of William and Opal Ernestine Stenson Rigney.

Mrs. Tolly worked for the Federal Department of Motor Vehicles and the secretary of state's office.  She was involved with Adopt-A-Pet.

Survivors: son James Troy (wife, Kim) Tolly of Springfield, two grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, sister Virginia F. (husband, Bob) Kunz of Springfield, two brothers, Lee Rigney of Coweta, Okl. and Jack Rigney of Riverton., four nieces, and five nephews.
